All GWW 2026 Refund Requests can either be emailed to the GWW Exchequer at exchequer.steward@gww.sca-caid.org, or by completing the Google Form available here: https://forms.gle/Nop6McmfL2vkojAt6

SCA Financial Policy does not allow electronic refunds. Refunds will not be made at Gate.

If your request for a refund is approved:
Refunds will only be made to the person whose name is on the credit card transaction, or the check used to pay for the registration fee.
Fees will be refunded minus a $10 processing fee.
Refunds will only be made via a paper check.
Please provide the modern name that was used on your original registration form and a valid mailing address with your request.
Refund requests received may not be processed until after the event.
No refunds will be issued for any reason after November 9, 2026.
