GWW 2025 Refund Requests

We understand that plans can change.  We appreciate your understanding regarding our refund process, which adheres to the SCA and Kingdom Financial Policy. Our primary goal is to ensure all refunds are handled securely and accurately.  Should you need to request a refund, please be aware of the following:

• Secure Method: Refunds are issued exclusively via paper check to the person whose name is on the original payment (credit card or check). No electronic refunds can be processed.
• Refunds cannot be made at gate
• Cost: A $5 processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
• Timing: Your approved refund check may be processed after the event.
• Final Date: The strict deadline for all refund requests is November 10, 2025
