The Seneschal is the chief administrative officer of the Barony, which includes coordination with the other Baronial officers as required for the smooth operation of the Barony and for its relations with outside agencies.

The Exchequer is responsible for maintaining the financial records of the Barony, supervising the finances of the Barony, and assembling financial reports. 

The Herald is responsible for advising Their Excellencies on matters of court business, supervising court heraldry at events, and coordinating the research and submission of names and armory

The chronicler is responsible for supervising the official publishing activities within the barony, taking the minutes of baronial business meetings, and editing and publishing the baronial newsletter, Edicts & Epistles.

The Armored Combat Mrshal is the baronial officer in charge of coordinating that society and kingdom laws regarding martial activities are being followed within the barony. This includes appropriate marshal presence at official events, practices, and demos.

The Thrown Weapons officer organizes practices and archery-related activities. He maintains and transports the baronial archery equipment.

The Constable is responsible for Lost and Found items, and helps with any crowd control and area perimeter management issues.

The Office of Social Media encourages the enthusiastic but responsible use of social media on a variety of platforms to support the goals of the Society and introduce the Current Middle Ages to new audiences who might like to participate with us.

The Youth Officer works with the children and Youth of the Barony. Activities
