7:00 a.m. - Site opens
8:00 a.m.-9:30 a.m. - Entrant Check-In
9:30 a.m.-9:45 a.m. - Evaluators Welcome Meeting
9:45 a.m.-4:00 p.m. - Entry evaluations
5:00 p.m.-6:30 p.m - Artist Salon & Exhibition
7:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m - Revel and Award Ceremony
9:00 p.m.-11:00 p.m - Tear down and clean up
11:00 p.m. - Site closes

This year, the event will include a host of amazing classes as well as a delicious sideboard provided onsite (everyone will be fed!), and plenty of space to just hang out and socialize.
