What: One frame is shared by two people, each making one flag (usually banners or standards). Cost for the frame is $124. Get together with another person and reserve a frame. Rebecca & Phillip send you the form! You and your partner will have to decide who is the primary and who is the secondary. The primary registrant will be the one to receive all the supplies mailed to them, and then you both will coordinate making your designs and doing the tracing before the workshop.
