Baronial awards

Through great works in service, arts, or martial.  Individuals withing the society can earn awards.  At the Kingdom level, these awards can change titles; read more here.

But at the regional level, you can achieve awards amongst your group for similar feats of effort.  Below is a list of current awards.  You can email the Baronage here to recommend an individual for an award. 

Order of the Gemme d’Or

Baronial Service Award

This baronial award honors members of the populace for service. (Formerly known as the Order of the Citrine)

Blazon: Azure, a hexagonal gemstone Or.

Baronial Arts and Science Award

This award recognizes talented members of Gyldenholt for contributions to the arts and sciences.

Blazon: (Fieldless) On an orange slipped and leaved proper an orange blossom argent

Order of the Escutcheon d’Or

Baronial Fighting Award

This is the Gyldenholt fighting award, given to skilled fighters who exhibit chivalry and honor.

Order of the Forêt d’Or

Baronial Special Award

This is the highest award given to those who have given their time and effort for the barony. This is given to people for years of dedication and service.

Anneau de Gentillesse

Baronial Chivalric Award

This is an award given to a Gyldenholter who displays the manners and actions of a chivalric character. This award is unique in that it is not awarded by Their Excellencies but rather by the Ladies of the barony. In each voting session, the Ladies nominate one name each. Then, during a silent vote, they each have the opportunity to strike a name from the list. Only those who pass judgment of every Lady in Gyldenholt are given this prestigious award. This order is closed.
