Refunds may be requested by emailing\u00a0<\/span>PreReg.Steward@potrerowar.sca-caid.org<\/a>\u00a0or completing this Refund form <\/a><\/span>through May 17, 2025.\u00a0 All refunds are by mailed check.\u00a0 Any refund request received after May 17th is at the discretion of the Barony of Calafia Financial Committee.\u00a0 No refund requests will be accepted after the close of the event, 5\/26\/2025.\u00a0 A $5 processing fee is retained from each refunded registration.\u00a0 Refunds can only be requested by and paid to the individual who paid for the registration.\u00a0Refunds may take up to 6 weeks to process.<\/span><\/p>\n

Refunds must be requested by the person whose name is on the PayPal invoice or check used to pay for the registration fee.\u00a0 Refunds will be issued by check only to that person.\u00a0 Please complete and submit the <\/span>Potrero War Refund Request Form<\/span><\/a>.\u00a0 Be sure to use the same names you used on the original registration form.<\/span><\/p>\n
