Look out for wildlife!<\/a><\/h2>
\n

We have been advised that we may see more snakes than usual at Potrero this year. If you find a snake or other undesirable guest in your camp, we ask that you please DO NOT try to remove them. Try to have someone stay to keep an eye on it, then report it to either Base Camp, a Constable, or using a nearby Call Box. The Park Rangers will be by to help ASAP.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Firewood Price Change<\/a><\/h2>

Firewood will now be $8 a bundle. This price increase comes from the rangers. Please remember to bring cash to buy your firewood at base camp!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Notice for Archery<\/a><\/h2>

There will be NO LOANER GEAR at Potrero 2026. Everyone wishing to participate in Archery must bring their own gear.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

If you’ve already reserved, please make sure you pay by 3\/1 to secure your spot!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s that time of year again! There are many underprivileged Porta-Privies this Potrero waiting for a name to call their own. Won’t you be an angel and give the gift of a name this Potrero?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In honor of your donations to the Barony of Calafia through the Ransomers’ Guild, we will give the name of your choice to a privy in need! We suggest a donation of $10.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All\u00a0refunds<\/span>\u00a0are by check (there are no\u00a0refunds<\/span>\u00a0through PayPal).\u00a0 Any\u00a0refund<\/span>\u00a0request after May 16th are at the discretion of the Barony of Calafia Financial Committee. No\u00a0refund<\/span> requests will be accepted after the close of the event, May 25, 2026.
