Refunds may be requested by emailing PreReg.Steward@potrerowar.sca-caid.org or completing this Refund form through May 17, 2025. All refunds are by mailed check. Any refund request received after May 17th is at the discretion of the Barony of Calafia Financial Committee. No refund requests will be accepted after the close of the event, 5/26/2025. A $5 processing fee is retained from each refunded registration. Refunds can only be requested by and paid to the individual who paid for the registration. Refunds may take up to 6 weeks to process.
