Greetings from your Potrero A&S Stewards! A&S class sign-ups are now live!

Please consider sharing your knowledge and skills with our community. Please fill out a class proposal form to help us plan and schedule your class or meetup.

You do NOT need to be a Laurel or an expert to teach! You just need to be willing to share your knowledge and time. Questions? Comments? Need assistance? Please reach out to the Stewards at arts.steward@potrerowar.sca-caid.org and the A&S would be happy to help.

Gate Hours

  • Thursday – noon* to midnight
  • Friday – 8am – 10pm
  • Saturday – 8am-8pm
  • Sunday – 8am-2pm

*pre-registered attendees may enter as early as 10am on Thursday

Gate will be closing overnight.

If you first arrive while gate is closed, you will be not be allowed to enter!

To relieve strain on our volunteer staff, we will be closing the gate during hours that have not had gate traffic in recent years.  Attendees will only be allowed entry during these hours with a valid 2025 camping site token. Please plan to arrive for check-in when gate is open.

Shower Truck Hours

Shower Trucks will be open daily from 8am – 11am and 3pm – 6pm.

The trucks may be subject to closure if the tanks fill before our vendor is able to service.  There are 24-hour coin-operated showers in Sleepy Hollow.
