Description: Shopping, Arts, & Combat! Our merchant list keeps getting longer for this event. It’s the best shopping weekend of the year and we have a wide assortment of medieval goods for all your friends and family to offer. Peruse the bazzar and then wander over to the fighters field to enjoy the dual combat sports of both Heavy Armoured combat and Rapier Fencing Combat. With all this to see, who could believe there is more, but there is! The People’s Arts Display will dazzle your eyes and inspire your crafting skills. We have art and project entrants from across Caid on display for you to cast your vote for your favorites.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION: 
Adult Event Registration is $25, with membership, discounted to $15. 
Folks 17 years and under are free. Checks and cash are accepted , Checks should be made out to “SCA,Inc/Shire of Darach” Merchants Registration –We have very limited Merchant space, so please contact Comptesse Albra or Dame Lynette our Merchant Autocrat to RSVP . Please email merchants@darach.sca-caid.org.  Due to changing procedures with the Parks Department, we will need to collect your Merchant fee ahead of the event this year. Deadline for this is October 31st. Nonmember Merchants $40. / SCA Member Merchants $30. covers your 12 by 12 foot space, as well as your site fee. ARTS & SCIENCES: 
As this is also an outreach event to help attract local folks to join us in our Love of Things Historical, please ‘Bring out your Arts!!!’ There will be an Arts and Sciences Display, with a People’s Choice Contest Prize, a 1st and 2nd, awarded to the Worthy Folks voted on by *You*, the Attending Populace , for the day.  It doesn’t matter if it has been entered in other contests Kingdom wide—the lovely folks in Camarillo have not seen it yet:) We’d love to ‘awe and impress’–so bring out your BEST , so that we may all be inspired! Folks who would also like to demo some of your arts passions, portable arts, like spinning , weaving, etc,  are also encouraged to come out and demo their Arts! COMBAT SCENARIOS: 
And Fighters!!!!  Both Heavy and Rapier!!!  Come out for a day of Fighting in the park. Enjoy this opportunity to fight to your heart’s content, as well as to show off to the local Camarillo Folks our Chivalry on the field!
